To build a Large TV stands design wooden you need special tools and materials. Let’s make a list of everything that helps us build the TV stand effectively.
Ruler
Table saw
Benchtop thickness planer
Router table
Circular saw
Miter saw
Electric drill
Metric measuring tape
Wood Clamps
Kreg jig
Nail gun
Paint roller
Cabin handles
Magnetic locks
Portable drill
Wood pallet, etc.
Now follow my steps to build the TV stand of your choice.
Step 1: Collect all the pallet woods
First, I will collect the wooden pallets to create amazing extra large TV stands. All the wood I will be using is coming from the construction site.
Step 2: Separate wooden pallets
As you know, that I will build the TV stand by using pallet wood only so for this I will separate the pallets with the help of my jigsaw.
Now, I am ready with pallet slots of different sizes, colors, and shapes. Let’s move on to the next step.
Step 3: Base is important, so start with the legs.
In order to make legs, I will be using big blocks of wooden pallets. I will divide all big blocks into half. Use the table saw to make cuts in the pallet wood for legs. After cutting, make the edges of legs smooth with the help of a thickness planer.
