Using a leftover piece of walnut I made a decorative top for this empty spice jar. On the lathe I made the top to fit over the original bottle ca

p and secured it using 2 part epoxy. Then I added the decorative tile on the top.

I plan on making more of these for other spices. I'll make different shapes, use different species of wood and different decorative tiles, making my spice collection different and unique.
