Seriously in need of refreshing these store rooms doors. The far left one does not open. It holds shelves behind. Only the 2 white ones.

This is mainly the space for the washing machine (see my other post on space optimisation) the water heater and the ventilation system. As such is there any constraint to leave the space under the skirting open or is that not justified?
