Let's be honest here: I believe (unless you prove me wrong) there is a great deal of common sense for not changing the current locations of the water heater, the red tank and the washing machine.

So how do I get to optimise the rest? Put even more shelves? Keeping in mind where the washing machine faucet is located. Get additional hooks (there is already one for the bags on the right top corner) and another one on the ceiling (not visible on the picture). Anything smarter?
