This valentine decoration was made using pallet wood. First I drew the shape of a heart on the pallet then cut it out using a jig saw. I did nail some strips across the boards to keep them together, once the heart was cut out, I removed the strips and glued the boards together. Did some minor sanding and shaping with a palm sander and glued the heart to a backer board.
