It can be funny something when we end up having some laminate left after doing the floor. In this project, I will be sharing with you how I am recycling 3 laminate slat in order to create a very nice wood accent to a Wall...
For this project, I did not add any plan as everything will depends on the space available...But feel free to take a look at the DIY video below in order to have a view on it:
Those are the 3 slats I have been using to make this recycled Wall design
The first thing to do here is take the dimensions from the wall and trace them on the laminate. Please take into considearion that each laminate slat texture could be different...
Then when they are all traced, time to make the cut and here i will be using my plunge saw to have a clear and well defined cut...
Then use some double faced tape to join each pieces together
As I was showing in the video, the was the gap we had before adding the design
And the result after. As you can see it's clear and adding a nice effect to the wall surface...
I will be happy to have your opinion on this idea so feel free to comment below and join us via the below links...

How long do roofs last in Canada? In the beautiful yet challenging climate of Canada, roofs are subject to significant wear and tear. However, with proper maintenance and high-quality materials, a well-constructed roof can last anywhere from 20 to 50 years. Factors such as the type of roofing material, the quality of installation, and the local climate all play a role in determining the lifespan of a roof. At Paragon Roofing BC, we understand the unique demands Canadian weather places on roofs. That's why we use only the best materials and techniques to ensure our roofs last for decades, providing reliable protection and peace of mind to our customers.
Instead of discarding them, consider repurposing these durable materials for creative DIY projects. Laminate slats can be transformed into stylish coasters, unique wall art, or even eco-friendly garden markers. By upcycling these slats, not only do we reduce waste, but we also contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally conscious lifestyle.
